Put your hands together for FC Goa Squad is finally here for this Indian Super League season

Eleven clubs will participate in this season of Hero Indian Super League.

The FC Goa Squad has officially been released for the 2022-23 season of Hero Indian Super League (ISL), the top competition of football in India. Established on 26 August, 2014 and nicknamed as ‘Gaurs’, FC Goa has become a household name in Goa and around.

By Goa, For Goa, FC Goa model believes that youth is the way forward, which is why the club possesses one of the best youth team in Indian football, today. With a vibrant mix of youth and experience, FC Goa also has one of the biggest contingents of fellow Goan players in the squad, including Brandon Fernandes, Seriton Fernandes, Saviour Gama, Lenny Rodrigues, Princeton Rebello, Kingslee Fernandes and Mohammed Ali.

By far, FC Goa will see a total of 10 Goan players in it’s 27 member squad for this season, who will be seen in the iconic orange jersey playing for their team and state.

The 27-member, FC Goa squad for Hero ISL 2022-23

Goalkeepers: Dheeraj Singh, Arshdeep Singh, and Hrithik Tiwari.

Defenders: Sanson Pereira, Anwar Ali, Fares Arnaout, Leander D’Cunha, Marc Valiente, Seriton Fernandes, Saviour Gama, Aibanbha Dohling, and Lesly Rebello.

Midfielders: Brandon Fernandes (Captain), Princeton Rebello, Ayush Chhetri, Phrangki Buam, Makan Chothe, Redeem Tlang, Edu Bedia, Glan Martins, Brison Fernandes, Muhammed Nemil, and Lalremruata HP.

Forwards: Noah Sadaoui, Devendra Murgaokar, Iker Guarrotxena, and Alvaro Vazquez.

Head Coach : Carlos Pena.
