With 135 new cases on Tuesady, Goa witnessed a surge in active COVID-19 cases. In the past five days, this is the second-highest daily COVID-19 case count; the highest was 139 on June 18. As per the government data, 104 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours with no COVID-19-related death and one patient being hospitalized.
