Flour Power Bakeria at the end of the flea market road in Anjuna will uplift your spirits like no other bakery in the vicinity! They have their doors thrown wide open from Wednesdays to Sundays and the heavenly smell of their baked goods will tempt you to walk in.

This artisanal bakery produces fresh sourdough bread loaves with loads of love, along with croissants, cakes, cookies and fabulous pizzas. Managed by Eddie Seth and Valentina Guarneri, these two owners have been kneading their own dough which has made it really unique. They make ‘em with wild yeast and through the process of slow fermentation, these goodies stand out from the crowd.
If you are starting your day at the bakery, opt for a mug of coffee from their Italian coffee machine and couple it with a cookie or croissant!
If you drop by here after hours of haggling over prices in the markets nearby, then their sourdough pizzas will serve you well. Pair it with a glass of their well-famed iced tea and take a seat at their stairs at the front of the shop, which makes for a people-watching spot. The open-air seating area upstairs is a breezy piece of space which is perfect for your Sunday evening dates but it’ll be incomplete without their decadent chocolate truffle cupcake!

When in and around Anjuna, you cannot skip out on visiting this cutesy bakery because it’s an absolute haven for those who’re all about hearty grubs. Their sourdough pizzas with seasonal toppings and bread are the best sellers here and while on you way back, grab some wine too.
So if you want to try something different which isn’t available elsewhere while keeping the health quotient in mind, Flour Power Bakeria is an apt place to visit.
