India, Sweden celebrate 9th edition of Innovation Day on Oct 27; know all about it here

The day-long event observed the participation of more than 1000 delegates from India and Sweden.

The 9th edition of the annual India-Sweden Innovation Day 2022, which was scheduled on October 27 under the India Sweden innovative partnership in Stockholm, Sweden concluded on a successful note with a remarkable response.

The day-long event was organized in association with the Embassy of India to Sweden & Latvia, focusing on the theme, 'Accelerating Green Transition-India Sweden Innovation Partnership' this year. With the participation of more than 350 esteemed delegates attending the event in person and over 700 delegates marking their presence online, the event was deemed quite successful.

More about the India Sweden Innovation Day 2022

Themed upon the acceleration of green transition the one-day-long event acknowledged the importance of various aspects of climate change. Furthermore, considerable emphasis was given to the prospects of harnessing the full potential of climate-positive technology during the event.

A boost to India-Sweden Innovation partnership

The 9th edition of India Sweden Innovation Day included sessions and discussions on the use of technology to develop climate-friendly solutions. Moreover, the summit was hosted by India Unlimited which provided an opportunity to discuss issues of mutual importance including climate change, next-gen digitization, expansive use of A.I. tech and economic growth.

Reportedly, the India-Sweden Innovation partnership which was instituted back in 2013 alongside the first edition of India Sweden Innovation Day is aimed towards the mutual commitment to address global challenges such as climate change and sustainable development and bring about prosperity in both nations through the means of innovation.
