City buses to revive operations from today
Reportedly, the latest list of rules and regulations entails the resumption of city bus services from today. In the first phase, the facility will be revived from the city's railway station to Mangaliya Toll and Sanver Road, Dewas Naka to Chandannagar, Aurobindo to Mahu Naka, Gangwal to Dewas Naka, Gandhinagar to Sevakunj and railway station to Shipra route. Depending upon the increase in footfalls in the upcoming days, it can be expected that the buses will be functional on other routes too.
Additionally, 6 individuals will be allowed at a time, within the premises of religious places. Besides, reports state that a total of 50 people can be present at wedding functions, including 20 individuals from the bride's and groom's side each and 10 other people. Regional officials will be responsible to make sure that all COVID related protocol is followed.
Gyms, fitness centres & restaurants to function with 50% capacity
Reportedly, gyms, fitness centres allowed to operate with 50% capacity till 8 PM while restaurants and clubs can function with the same condition till 10 PM. In addition to this, stadiums are also allowed to open but the audience will not be permitted during events. With the dwindling case tallies in the city, it can be said that more relaxations will be announced shortly.
