With a motive to promote equality in sports activities among differently-abled individuals, the All India Sports Council of the Deaf (AISCD) is organizing the 25th edition of National Games for the Deaf in Indore.
Reportedly, the inauguration of the event was done in the presence of Indore district collector Dr. Ilayaraja T, Mayor Pushyamitra Bhargav and other statewide delegates on February 15. With this, the event will continue till February 19 during which multiple games will be contested in different parts of the city.

Notably, a total of 11 different games including athletics, TT, badminton, judo, basketball, lawn tennis, volleyball, football, swimming and shooting are being organized during the National Games for the Deaf event.
Moreover, the venues for the games include prominent places in the city including Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Army Range and Taran Pushkar Mhow Naka in Mhow among others.
