Some key highlights of the event

The conclave discussed extensively on the real estate topic. Some of the main points can be summed as:

- Developers should aim to acquire land at the best possible price. When land prices are low, it's wise to invest personal funds, and during periods of high prices, consider partnerships. Building good relationships and networking will prove beneficial for future projects. Embracing technology has become crucial in the real estate sector, so integrating it into operations is vital.

- Collaborate with young talents and embrace innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes. Avoiding mistakes is essential as even a single misstep can significantly reduce progress. Young developers should study both successful and unsuccessful developers to gain valuable insights.

- A strong team capable of market analysis is crucial for making informed decisions. Working in areas with growing urban development is a strategic approach. Always align planning with government policies to ensure a smooth and successful project execution.
