The concept of tandem cycles is not new to Indore, however them being available at Kamla Nehru Prani Sangrahalaya (Indore Zoo), is quite unique and unheard of. For the ease and comfort of the visitors, as many as ten two-seater tandem cycles were recently stationed at the city zoo. These cycles received much praise and applaud from the tourists and helped them enjoy their visit even more.
Economical and hassle free rental cycles at Indore Zoo
Indore Zoo is spread over an area of almost 52 acres and houses 57 animal species. It is indeed difficult to walk through the entire wildlife park in one day, feast one’s eyes upon every animal and not get exhausted. Hence, the initiative of equipting the park with these eco-friendly, good for health, tandem cycles comes across as pleasant and considerate.
Keeping every visitor in mind, the charges for hiring the cycles have been kept at a minimum which is ₹1 for each minute. By simply downloading the AICTSL’s My Bike app from the Play Store and paying the prescribed registration fee, which is refundable, visitors can get hold of these cycles. After use, the cycles are to be parked on the stand at the designated spot.
Depending upon the response received by the visitors (which is positive), more cycles will soon be placed in the facility.
