This May, De Brasserie made a little pop-up in Indore which created quite some hype in the neighbourhood. Walking in here, you’ll immediately be greeted by a row of alluring pastries on display. One could literally stand there for minutes just to take in the beauty of it.

A marriage of unique flavours, De Brasserie is the brainchild of Abhishek Jain. In conversation with Knocksense, Jain mentioned a few dishes that are a must try and a crowd-fav on their menu. These include the Bhajji Bun (₹300) (Buns loaded with Bombay style bhaji), Chole Kulche (₹355) (Lip smacking spiced chickpea with Indian kulcha bread), Chocolate Mud (₹220) (warm gooey chocolate with ice cream) and Old Fashion Pastry (₹160).
Pair it all with a cup of warm Flavoured Latte (₹155 ) infused with the flavours of hazelnut, caramel, vanilla & Irish cream, and you are good to go! Don’t miss out their pocket friendly combo and weekly offers displayed at the entrance of the cafe.

What’s also lovely about this place is their minimalistic themed interior. The shop features black wooden panels, off-white flooring, comfortable blue wooden chairs, retro-style lamps and beautiful art murals on every wall. Overall, the place offers a chill vibe for you to plug in your laptop and enjoy a quiet afternoon away with some heavenly pastries and coffees.
