Makers of this multi starrer chose Indore’s Lal Bagh Palace to be the perfect setting to shoot several sequences. The Palace fit the period drama’s aesthetic perfectly as it matched the grandeur of other shooting locations. You might remember the palace from Alia Bhatt and Aditya Roy Kapoor’s wedding scenes right off the bat. One of the climax scenes has also been shot in the palace premises.

The magnificent structure started operating as an educational institute in the 1980s during India’s colonial British Raj. Filmmaker Bony Kapoor chose the ghats of Maheshwar to shoot the opening song of the film Tevar. The grandeur of the ghat stood out enough to shoot this big banner music video. Besides the star of this song, Sonakshi Sinha actors Manoj Bajpai along with choreographer-director Remo D’Souza came to the city to eventually film the song in Maheshwar.
