This Sunday, India Heritage Walks has organized a food walk in Indore’s famous Sarafa Bazaar and if you are a true foodie, you cannot miss this walk for the world!
The Sarafa Bazaar

A famous market in indore, Sarafa Bazaar is the place to be when one’s looking for any kind of jewellery. The market is known for having an enormous number of jewellery shops and options that can put any exhibition to shame. Yet, that is not what the market is most famous for. Sarafa Bazaar is known for turning into a street food lover’s paradise by night-fall.
Jewellery market by day and a street food lane by evening, Sarafa Market is swarmed by food lovers as the dusk sets in. People from all corners of the city come here to feast on local delicacies and street food.
The Walk

If you’re new to the city of Indore, someone who has just moved in, a tourist, or even a local looking to have a new experience, this walk is the perfect activity for you. Lead by a food enthusiast and expert of the area, the food walk will start at 7 in the evening, and will last for 2 hours. It would comprise of tasting delicious food and exploring all that the market has to offer.
The best part? Participating in the walk is free, all you have to bare the charges of, are the food and beverages you consume! To enter the walk you simply have to register at India Heritage Walks and show up at the meeting point. The walk is a wonderful way to explore the city, explore its street food and dive headfirst in the local culture.
