One new auditorium is also being built at the wildlife sanctuary.

In great news for nature and wildlife lovers in Indore, the Ralamandal Wildlife Sanctuary in the city is preparing to get three new facilities. These include a fossil museum, butterfly park and one auditorium, all of which are expected to be open for public within the next couple of weeks.

What will the new and upgraded facilities offer?

The upgraded auditorium in the Ralamandal Sanctuary will screen wildlife documentaries on Saturdays and Sundays. The fossil park, on the other hand, will display dinosaur eggs and remains of big ancient plants and ages-old aquatic life. The entire renovation and upgradation of these facilities was done under Rs 5 lakh.

Furthermore, the fossil museum at Ralamandal Sanctuary also has boards displaying loads of information about fossils found in the Narmada River, which the Indore forest department has already put up at the museum.
