Promoting voter turnout: '56 Dukan' in Indore offers free treats to early voters on May 13

Renowned culinary hotspot in Indore '56 Dukan', is here with special complimentary servings of Poha, Jalebi, and Ice Cream on May 13th. However, free snacks will be exclusively offered only to early voters participating in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections next month. As per the shopkeepers, all you have to do is show the indelible ink mark on your finger to avail free snacks. 

This initiative aims to boost voter turnout in the city during electoral period. On May 13, Indore, which boasts the highest number of voters in the state, will go to the polls. The shop owners revealed that the choice to provide complimentary food items was made during a meeting on April 23, chaired by District Magistrate Ashish Singh. Following the meeting, Singh spoke to reporters and stated, “We want to make Indore Lok Sabha constituency number one in the country in terms of voting and for this, the help of commercial establishments is being taken.” 

Furthermore, its reported that several other establishments in Indore have offered to serve complimentary dishes such as noodles and manchurian to individuals who cast their votes in the morning, making for an interesting breakfast at the very least.
