In great news for those who frequently travel between Indore and Dubai, Air India Express has announced another international flight from the city. This new flight, which will take off for Dubai late at night on March 30, from the Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, will become Indore’s second international flight
Bookings for the flight have already begun
It must be noted that Air India already has a flight on the Indore-Dubai route which flies to Dubai on Monday and takes off for Indore on Saturday. The decision to add another flight on the route has come after the overwhelming response the first flight has gotten in the recent past. In fact, there has been a steep rise in the number of passenger flying to Dubai from Indore.
The new Dubai-bound flight is also expected to see a stellar response as the number of passengers traversing the route has been increasing steadily. Furthermore, Air India Express has already opened bookings for the said flight. The fare, which was around Rs 13,000 to begin with, has now gone above Rs 30,000.
In addition to this, a flight to Sharjah from Indore is also likely to start flying pretty soon, further boosting convenience for those travelling to the Gulf from Madhya Pradesh’s commercial capital.
