Adorned with ample greenery on both sides, green corridor roads have been proposed for the regions lying under the jurisdiction of Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation. Reportedly, the implementation of this project is being initiated from the Civil Lines zone and it is expected that the scope of the scheme will be augmented in the upcoming days. As per reports, the Transport Minister recently laid the foundation stone for the establishment of the road in ward 35.
A hallmark of sustainable development!
It has been reported that the green corridor road being set up in ward 35 will pass through the Brass Factory, Kanwatiya Circle, RPA Road and the water tank, before reaching the final stop at Panipech. Reportedly, more than ₹2.7 crores are being spent on setting up this inventive facility, which would evolve as a hallmark of sustainable development. Being constructed by the Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation officials, the installation of these roads will be coupled with plantation drives on the peripheries.
Roads under Green Corridor planned for Civil Lines & Adarsh Nagar!
As per reports, 5 to 10 feet high plants will be set up with minimal spacing between them, so that the commuters can be welcomed with aesthetic green visuals everywhere. It is noteworthy the green corridor will stretch in the entire expanse of the Civil Lines region, at an expected expenditure of over ₹10 crores. Besides, reports also state that a similar road will also be established in Adarsh Nagar region of Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation.
