A Splendid Ruin
Built in 1464, the Neemrana fort has an architectural legacy dating back to the 15th century. The Neemrana fort was abandoned and left for ruins in 1947 when Raja Rajinder Singh of Neemrana moved down to Vijay Bagh as the facade of his Fort-Palace crumbled and its ramparts began to give way. In 1986, this splendid ruin was acquired and turned into this magnificent structure that it is today!
