With an aim to provide tech enthusiasts a deeper insight on cyber security, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur) has introduced a real-time programme that focusses on models, tools and techniques of cyber security.
Department of Science and Technology, under National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NM-ICPS), Threat Guardians Pvt. Ltd. and Worker Union Support, and C3iHub, Cybersecurity Technology Innovation Hub at IIT Kanpur, have together launched Cybersecurity Skilling Programme for the future generation.
Programme free-of-cost for SC and ST students

Moreover, as per the official notification by IIT Kanpur, the programme will be run free-of-cost for the scheduled caste (SC) and scheduled tribe (ST) students.
The initiative is an effort towards paving way for students in learning advanced-level cyber security. Talking about the current scenario, major online operating companies face security threats. Hence, C3iHub will contribute towards ensuring a safer cyber world.
Last day to apply for the cybersecurity programme is April 30, 2023.
