IIT Kanpur launches 5 new eMasters courses in economics, fintech, biz analytics

IIT Kanpur is bringing five new industry-focused real-world eMaster courses. These eMasters degree programmes will focus in economics and finance, business, economics and data analysis, public policy, data science and financial technology and management.

As India ranks 5th in terms of GDP, the country’s economic landscape is undergoing a massive change driven by FDIs. These five courses will prepare working professionals to contribute to India’s holistic growth fueled by rapid economic reforms.

These highly relevant programmes from the industries' point of view will be available live in an interactive, high-impact format on the weekend. The 60-credit, 12-module curriculums will be taught by world-class faculty and researchers from IIT-Kanpur. The flexibility of completion between 1-3 years is an added bonus of these unique programmes. And what’s more convenient is that these eMasters degree programmes do not require a GATE score for applying.

Apart from the above, participants of these eMasters degree programmes will get access to the IIT Kanpur placement cell, incubation cell, and alumni network, making it a rich career advancement and networking experience.

The application deadline for the January 2023 intake for all these programmes has been extended till December 4.
