Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is being organized by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur this year, in the interest of National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. The national level test is held every year for candidates seeking admission and/or financial assistance to Master’s and direct Doctoral programs in Architecture/Technology/ Sciences/ Commerce/ Arts.
In this term, the registration for GATE 2023 commenced on August 30 which were earlier said to be concluded on October 4 (without late fee). However now, IIT-K has extended the deadline to October 7 and the candidates can submit their forms on gate.iitk.ac.in.

Candidates should complete the registration process before October 7, 23:59 IST on the GATE website in order to avoid any kind of late fee. However, candidates who miss to register during the deadline can still apply from October 8-14 with additional late fee.

After registration, login using your email id, password and captcha

Enter all details in the required fields and upload the necessary documents

Furthermore, the admit card for the exam will be available from January 3, 2023 onwards and will be held from the 4th to 12th of February, 2023.
