As per the forecast, the maximum temperature every day will remain somewhere around 40°C for the next five days. Make sure you stay hydrated and do not forget to carry an umbrella while stepping out of your house.
The persistent heatwave will not only drain humans but is also likely to affect animals as well. Reportedly, the Lucknow Zoo authority has added various provisions for the zoo inmates to protect animals from extreme heatstrokes. You can also do your bit by putting out small water pots for birds and animals to ensure no one remains thirsty in this scorching heat.
