With the IPL 2024 slated to start from March 22, Lucknow, is once again buzzing with cricket frenzy. In an exciting news Lucknow's Ekana stadium will host 8 matches during the season.

With the city's beloved team, Lucknow Super Giants, showing strong performances in the past two seasons, hopes are high for them to secure the IPL trophy this time around. As the season draws nearer, the team is adding to the excitement by organizing a 10k marathon tomorrow, aimed at further energizing fans and supporters. Here's the entire scoop about the current updates about the team:

• SG's team features KL Rahul (C), Quinton de Kock, Nicholas Pooran (VC), Ayush Badoni, Kyle Mayers, Marcus Stoinis, Deepak Hooda, Devdutt Padikkal, Ravi Bishnoi, Naveen-ul-Haq, Krunal Pandya, Yudhvir Singh, Prerak Mankad, Yash Thakur, Amit Mishra, Mark Wood, Mayank Yadav, Mohsin Khan, K. Gowtham, Shivam Mavi, Arshin Kulkarni, M. Siddharth, Ashton Turner, David Willey, and Mohd. Arshad Khan.

• In the starting XI, Kyle Mayers is likely to be excluded, with De Kock partnering Rahul at the opening slot and Padikkal following closely at number three. Pooran is designated to anchor the middle overs with his explosive batting.

• Looking ahead to the upcoming fixtures, LSG will face Rajasthan Royals on Mar 24, Punjab Kings on Mar 30, RCB on Apr 2, and Gujarat Titans on Apr 7, marking their first match at their home ground, Ekana stadium.
