Boombox Bar Xchange, one of India's most premium resto-bar has undoubtedly amped up the nightlife scenes of Lucknow. To take your excitement up a notch, they're now bringing the bar exchange concept in the city and we just can't wait to get there soon.

If you're one of the regular pub hoppers of the city, you must be well-acquainted with Boombox by now. The resto-bar checks out all the boxes when it comes to good grubs, great music and a kick-ass ambience and we have been hooked to 'em since their very first party!

What's Happening?

Modelled on the stock market pricing system, Boombox Bar Xchange is all set to whip up an exciting and dynamic environment with this first-ever facility in Lucknow. The bar exchange functions like the stock exchange where prices fall, rise, crash and go on a bull or a bear run. You can follow prices of drinks fluctuating and get the best deals on your favourite drinks, and honestly, ordering a drink has never been this fun.

How to Trade?

The process is absolutely easy-

  1. Scan the QR code on the table to view live prices on your phone OR keep a watch on the TV screens (the servers can also show you the prices on their tabs)
  2. Check the price trends in the drinks category, comparing the current price to the base price and the highest/lowest prices of the day. Red arrow shows falling prices, green arrow indicates rising prices.
  3. Confirm your selection to the server. You can order one or order multiple drinks to ensure you take advantage of the falling prices.

This bar exchange concept is based on a super simple algorithm- all drinks start at a base price and are monitored by the laws of demand and supply.

Based on the frequency of orders and the time periods in between of 'em and the demand of a particular drink may decline or the prices may shoot up as well. The market may come crashing down too and while at it, customers can buy their favourite spirits at rock bottom prices.
