IIM Lucknow joins hands with Imarticus Learning Institute to introduce global leadership program

Leading tech and management institutes in India are currently focused on providing additional industry-grade knowledge and leadership skills to working professionals in various sectors within their respective domains.

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow and Imarticus Learning have partnered to launch a global senior leadership program aimed at equipping professional managers with at least 5 years of experience with industry-grade knowledge and leadership skills.

The course will be offered by IIM Lucknow to working individuals who are aspiring to secure leadership positions in the Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing domains of corporate.

The senior leadership program offered by IIM Lucknow in collaboration with Imarticus Learning comprises a business simulation game that provides participants with decision-making skills for a general management role covering different fields in the corporate.

In addition, 11 masterclass sessions will be imparted by existing CXOs of leading companies to help the participants gain practical insights of the industry.

Under this program, the individuals also be subjected to a 10-day campus immersion session at IIM Lucknow. Moreover, the participants will also earn executive alumni status of IIM Lucknow on successful completion of the program.
