IIM Lucknow opens PhD applications for 2026 session; details

The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow is now inviting applications for its prestigious Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD), set to begin in June 2026. This full-time programme aims to shape scholars for careers in academia, research, and high-level industry roles.

It offers advanced research opportunities across diverse management fields, including Agri-Business, Business Sustainability, Marketing, Finance, HR, and more.

Eligibility includes a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks, or an Engineering/Bachelor’s degree with 75%, among other qualifications. The programme is open to both domestic and international applicants, with a wide range of financial support, including full tuition fee waivers, stipends, grants for conferences, and health insurance.

Admission is based on scores from exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, or GATE (from January 2024 onward), or a faculty interview for candidates from specific IIM programs. The application window is open on the institute's official website, with a deadline of February 16, 2026.
