Lucknowites, the moment we’ve all been eagerly anticipating has arrived! Our beloved city is all geared up to host the spectacular World Cup Showdown between Team India and England. This historic event marks the very first ODI World Cup match to grace the BRSABV Ekana Stadium. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all, the Lucknow Police commissionerate has released a detailed set of guidelines.
Moreover, extensive preparations have been put in place along the Amar Shaheed Path route. A dedicated team of 3,800 police personnel has been deployed to guarantee the safety and security of all attendees throughout the match day.
On the day of Ind vs Eng match, spectators are advised to make their way from Ahimamau to the HCL trisection route, leading them to the designated parking areas.
Comprehensive guidelines released for related to parking arrangements
A comprehensive parking plan has also been released by the Lucknow Police and various spots have been designated for visitors:

Two wheeler parking has been designated behind the Phoenix Palassio mall.

Visitors arriving to witness the match will also be able to park their vehicles in the Phoenix palassio mall. As the mall has a parking space of 1000 vehicles the facility will be given on the first come first servce basis.

Arrangements have been made to provide designated parking areas for visitors depending on the seats. North and South stand ticketholders will be required to park their vehicles in designated parking lots numbered 5, 6, and 9. Visitors entering the North and South stand are advised to access the stadium gate number 1 and 4 respectively.

Visitors with East and West stand tickets will be required to utilize parking lots numbered 7, 8, 10, and 11. These visitors entering the East and West stand are advised to access the stadium gate number 5 and 2 respectively.

Those holding vehicle passes will be granted access to park in zones P0, P1, P2, P3, P3A, and two-wheelers can park in parking lot P4.
Traffic restrictions

The Lucknow Police commissionerate has issued a comprehensive set of traffic restrictions for the vicinity of the Amar Shaheed Path and the areas surrounding the Ekana Stadium.

In light of the match commencing at 2 PM, these restrictions will be in effect three hours prior to the start and will continue throughout the day.

During the match hours, it’s important to note that there will be a suspension of public transport services, including city buses, cab services, and auto rickshaws, along the stretch from Husariya crossing to Sushant Golf City on the Amar Shaheed Path.

Additionally, residents living in close proximity to the stadium are strongly advised to refrain from venturing out on congested routes during the match duration, unless absolutely necessary
Additional Guidelines

Items including coins, inflammable items, earphones, sharp objects, cigerettes are prohibited to carry inside the stadium for the ticketholders.
There’s no box office or ticketing booth inside the stadium. Only people having the tickets will be allowed inside the stadium.
