All airports in UP have been directed to follow Central Government's screening guidelines.

In view of the spike in Covid cases in UP, the Uttar Pradesh government has issued fresh Covid guidelines.

Here are the highlights from the new UP covid guidelines:

Those complaining of cough, cold and fever have been advised to get a Covid test done within 24 hours of showing symptoms.
Integrated Covid Command Centers (ICCC) in all UP districts have been directed to stay active and on alert.
Health officials must encourage citizens to follow all necessary covid protocols like wearing masks and maintain social distancing in public places.
Airports in the state must follow all screening protocols as stipulated by the central government.
All Rapid Response Teams (RRTs) in the state shall be briefed about the fresh covid guidelines and put on alert.
