New construction agency to hand over the building within one year

The erstwhile agency had not even dug the foundation for the facility, delaying the completion of the work. Consequently, the district development authority has changed the executing agency of the project now, entrusting another organisation to complete civil construction.
This new agency is expected to hand over the building to the health department within one year. To stand true to this, the construction work for the trauma centre began with full force on Sunday, on a free of cost land received from the LDA. Lucknow CMO informed that the total cost of construction has now been budgeted at about ₹3 crores.
