Lucknow Super Giants outbid the Delhi Capitals ‘Right to Match’ card at the IPL 2025 mega auction on Sunday to bag the explosive wicket-keeper batsman, Rishabh Pant. Notably, DC tried to buy back Pant at 20.75 crore by using their ‘right to match’ card but LSG raised the bid to a whopping 27 crore.
With his new home in IPL 2025 decided, Rishabh Pant thanked the Delhi Capitals franchise and the fans. Notably, Pant spent 9 years in the franchise, reaching as far as the finals and having a couple of wonderful back-to-back seasons.
