The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is transforming the famous Chatori Gali in Gomti Nagar into a modern 'Food Valley'. This space is set to house 42 food and beverage brands under one roof. The revamped hub, located at Asha Jyoti Lane between Samatamulak Chowk and Prateek Sthal in Gomti Nagar, promises not just variety but comfort too, amid a modern layout.

Food Valley in Lucknow: Highlights

One of the highlights at Food Valley would be its tensile sheds and advanced air mist cooling tech. This would ensure that the indoor temperatures remain between 22°C and 26°C, even during peak summer!

Beyond food, Food Valley will also offer a children’s play zone with a toy train and live shows. To ensure seamless services, LDA is installing a 400 KVA transformer and dedicated water pumps as well.

LDA Vice Chairman Prathamesh Kumar, who inspected the site on Wednesday, confirmed the project will open soon, reviving 10 long-vacant shops (40–80 sqm) and a 220-sqm outlet. A private consortium from Delhi and Lucknow will manage operations for five years.
