Unlocking a gastronomical adventure, Crusties in Lucknow brings aboard flavourful and authentic customizable Italian pizzas. Unlike the usual pizza places with a standard menu, Crusties offers a unique 'Craft Your Own Wood Fired Pizza' option, which is a first in the city. Offering a fresh and innovative take on the traditional wood-fired pizzas, this pizzeria is nothing less than a Christmas present for all you Lucknowites!

In Pizza, We Crust

Remember all those fights over ordering the perfect pizza, where you'd want a different topping than your sibling? Bringing the 'modern problems require modern solutions' meme to life, Crusties has finally found the solution that ends the age-old battle of choosing pizzas that suits all! After all these years of having to adjust with the standard pizzas, pizza lovers of Lucknow now have an option to craft their own pizza as per their preferences. Starting from the type of dough to the sauces to the choice of toppings, one can choose and craft a custom personal pizza, that too from the comfort of your home. If this truly doesn't make you happy, we don't know what will!

While Crusties offers a choice between two types of dough including classic and wheat at present, the plan is to further expand the range by adding a hand-tossed base along with several other options in the future as well. To marinade the flattened disk of dough, one can choose from three variants of the freshly, handcrafted sauces available at this pizzeria, namely- Italian San Marzano Sauce, Mama’s Sauce and Pesto Sauce.

The authentic Italian San Marzano sauce, made from Italian tomatoes coming straight from the Pomodoro Pilati family delivers the traditional Italian taste while Mama's sauce adds a hint of spice to the pizza sauces to tantalise the desi tastebuds. For all the pesto lovers in the house, there is a special pesto sauce as well, adding the much-needed dose of basil dripped in olive oil.

Toppings to top 'em all!

Apart from these options to choose from, the toppings literally top them all! Ranging from basic onion to caramelised onion, cherry tomatoes to sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli, roasted pepper, jalapeños and a lot more, this pizza parlour has it all. From a list of 13 fresh veggie toppings, Crusties gives the customer a chance to pick any 5 to customise their own pizza!

To add the much-needed protein to our diet, this pizzeria gives six different vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that one can choose from. The vegetarians can choose from three variants of paneer including the classic Paneer Tikka, Peri Peri Paneer and Smoker BBQ Paneer while there are three chicken variants for the meat lovers as well.

From the tantalising treats encapsulating diverse tastes, mark your favourite among Thyme and Rosemary Roasted Chicken, Smoked BBQ Chicken and Peri Peri Chicken, but we seriously recommend you to try them all, you can thank us later!

In Crust, We trust!

If you hate leaving the edges of your pizza crust as we do, you're going to love this. Bringing in a revolutionary change in the way we eat our pizzas, Crusties has introduced a section of dips to go with that leftover edges of crust! Whether it is the customer favourite creamy garlic dip, hot & spicy marinara dip or flavourful and gorgeously green basil pesto dip, with dips like these one is sure to fall in love with every single inch of pizza including the neglected edges! If you're in for a small bite, try their wood-fired garlic bread with these dips and relish the goodness of this freshly baked flavourful bread!

Crusties Pie to Die for!

After satisfying your soul with the most authentic pizzas out there, Crusties will also take care of your sugary cravings after this scrumptious meal! To ensure that this gastronomical ride ends on a sweet note, this eatery offers its signature Crusties Pie, which is absolutely unmissable. Take a bite into its crispy crust and indulge in Nutella, oozing out of this freshly baked pie.

Pro-tip, even though your diet-conscious mind will insist you order a single pie, always go for two because with a pie like this, nobody can stop at just one!

Let's skip to the good part!

There is no secret here because Crusties is your Santa this Christmas season in Lucknow! So now, it's time to unbox another surprise for you'll. Apart from offering customers the choice to craft their own pizzas, this pizzeria also shares a special playlist to go with your very own pizza party.
