A meaty main course, with two Masala Darbar Special delicacies - the woodfire chicken and mutton curry - reached our banquet. Simmered in a large utensil over the wood-fire and marinated in the essence of age-old traditions, these dishes were severed with a side of assorted Indian bread basket to whip us a hearty and wholesome meal. The vegetarian piquancy of Adraki Aloo Gobi was added too, highlighting our food-binge here with its winter-special warmth.

We also got to slurp in an oriental spread, with glazy vegetarian noodles, with Shredded Lamb and Green Chillies, setting us right on a heavy food trail. However, our sweet tooth got the best with Darabi Rose Kheer, and trust- the food coma hit different with it!
