Rupee falls 27 paise; Close at 82.05 against US dollar
Rupee fell 27 paise on Tuesday to close at 82.05 (provisional) against the US dollar. The domestic currency’s fall was fueled by an amalgamation of a strong US dollar trend and a relatively muted trend in the domestic equities here. During the day, Rupee witnessed a high of 81.83 and went as low as 82.15 against US dollar.
