Actors in Lucknow rejoice as Mukesh Chhabra's new office opens in our city

The chosen artistes are trained through tailored workshops to help them translate their potential into performance.

Widely regarded as 'Casting Chhabra', Mukesh Chhabra is a well-known name in the Bollywood industry. His journey in this field had commenced by casually helping Vishal Bhardwaj to cast children and then further, he launched big names like Rajkumar Rao, (late) Sushant Singh Rajput and Amit Sadh! Now over a decade later in Bollywood and the casting sector, Chhabra has established his 4th office in Lucknow, after setting up the other 3 in Mumbai, Delhi and Chandigarh.

In a conversation with Mukesh Chhabra, we discussed this new venture and his immense fondness towards Lucknow.

"There are so many talented people all around India and sometimes they don't have the means to reach us. This is my initiative to reach them, to help them and to support them to achieve their dreams- to give new gems to the Industry. My offices in Mumbai, Delhi, Chandigarh and Lucknow all portray this vision of mine for MCCC. I just love this city and the talents present here!"

Bollywood Calling!

MCCC is always on an active search for fresh artistry and as they have widened their base here in Lucknow, it surely means that there are new opportunities on the way for Lucknowites who aspire to be on the big screens.

"We plan on expanding our offices in the hope to reach every talented individual in India and to take this initiative to other states of the country as well. We believe in supporting and nurturing new talent."

Casting Chhabra's first break was with Imtiaz Ali's Love Aaj Kal and afterwards, he undertook casting responsibilities in Anurag Kashyap's Gangs Of Wasseypur, which made him a name to reckon with. He was also involved in the casting of Aamir Khan's Dangal and his eye for raw talents, pushes most of the movies on a path of success.

With his expertise in this field, Chhabra has become the backbone of good cinema in the Hindi movie industry. His first office was launched in 2008, which has now evolved as one of the top-notch casting companies in India, which also serves to a global clientele. MCCC handpicks and trains competent artistes who are willing to put in efforts for their ultimate Bollywood entry and they've been tirelessly helping a host of versatile lead and background artistes to etch their names in the industry!
