Before the mainstream commercial brands came to Lucknow and bombarded us with a multitude of options, there were only a few kiosks you could trust for the good ol’ kulfi falooda and badaam milk. Not only is “Dev-Durga” a pleasant rush of nostalgia, the shakes along with the falooda they serve are much superior than the cult brands. So, Dev-Durga over Keventers any day!
To amp up the nostalgic factor and remind us some more of the gelatinous colourful cherries, the ‘Dev-Durga’ ice-cream truck serves their shakes and falooda topped with a papaya jelly, which somehow reminds us of the jelly balls in Boba tea.

The best part about the ice cream truck is that every thing they do is made from scratch. From the kulfi to the papaya jelly, everything is freshly made and that is what makes all the difference.
The base of all of the shakes and the falooda at Dev-Durga is a creamy and luxurious kulfi, which is thick, not overly sweet and its infused with nuts. If you haven’t tried them yet, now is the time!
