As a Physiotherapist, Nutritionist and Certified Pilates Instructor, including STOTT Pilates Certification, her approach centres on addressing the root cause of issues.
Educated at Loreto, Ritika later moved to Auckland, New Zealand, where she spent nearly twenty years building her professional career. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Auckland University of Technology. She has extensive experience running a similar healthcare business of her own overseas, offering services including physiotherapy, Pilates-based rehabilitation, and breast cancer-specific physiotherapy. In 2014, she was awarded Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year at the Indian Business Awards.
Ritika believes there is a noticeable gap between global physiotherapy practices and local understanding of the field. Through this new studio in Lucknow, she aims to introduce global standards of Pilates to Lucknow.
