Idrees Biryani

Founded by Mohammad Idris back in 1968, Idris serves an unmatched range of Mughlai flavours. Idris Biryani is a favourite amidst biryani lovers of Lucknow and is considered to be a gem among the other treasures of Chowk. One of the most iconic eateries in Lucknow, Royal Cafe in Hazratganj has a colossal cult following in and around the city. Rattilal has been making sumptuous khastas for our breakfast scenes, since 1937. They are considered as the pioneers of khasta in Lucknow and when here, nobody goes home on an empty stomach. Exer Club

The best place to grab cheese burgers and mushroom sandwiches, Exer Club has been in the city for too long and has remained as an absolutely student-friendly hub till now. Established in the '90s, this place is now officially named as LBS Point. Their cheese burger looks anything but like the regular one and to have a taste of this unique burger, you've gotta come over because no number of words can describe its yumminess.

Sharma Chai

Sharma Ji Ki Chai in Hazratganj is flocked by hundreds in the morning & evening hours. Even though this tea kiosk is over 50 years old now, it only serves 6 items. It's kulhad chai and bun maska is famous all over India and their samosas always has us coming back here! With a grand long-standing repute to its name, Sharma is still considered as the 'chai raja'.

Prakash Kulfi

Over 50 years old, Prakash Kulfi is where you'll find umpteen number Lucknowites, especially during the summer season. Started by Late Shree Prakash Chandra Arora in 1965, this kulfi shop is highly regarded by the dessertarians in the city. Along with their classic flavour, they also serve strawberry, butterscotch, coconut and chocolate variants and each of 'em, is a must-try!

Kool Break

One of the best and oldest food spots in Lucknow, Kool Break has been around since the early 2000's.
