This further means that businesses in the city can now operate till their stipulated time, as opposed to the earlier timings set by the government. So establishments can keep their shutters open according to their ease but nevertheless, the hygiene measures need to be maintained by everyone, to curtail the spread of the virus.
The administration has also stated that more activities will be allowed outside the containment zones in a calibrated manner and the ‘National Directives’ for COVID-19 management have to be followed to a tee. At present, UP has 1,04,388 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 41,973 active cases.
