What is Jouzi Halwa?

The halwa is prepared by mixing sprouted wheat in simmered milk. That is followed by putting in Khoya into the mixture and then swirling it around to get the desired consistency. After that, sugar and saffron is added to the mixture, which is then mixed and left to roast and let the ingredients blend in with one another.
