WOK to Remember is making healthy eating a possibility by introducing ingredients like whole wheat noodles, brown rice and fresh greens along with yummy sauces like hot garlic, chilly black bean and oyster mushroom. It is also the only kitchen in Lucknow serving quinoa. Moreover they are one of the few restaurants that provide chopsticks with their meals. But the most fun thing about this restaurant is a LIVE cooking station, so your order is prepared right in front of you!
And the restaurant gives ample opportunity for the diner to customize. Don’t want the noodles, switch to quinoa; don’t like broccoli then leave it out; choose the spice level for your desired sauce base; pick your sides, drinks and desserts. The restaurant also serves delectable saucy dimsums, that are freshly made and juicy to the core; the best part is that you can pick the type and kind of sauce you want it with!
Another cool fact about the restaurant is that all the ingredients are organically grown and checked for quality. They do no use any added colour, preservatives, MSG and ajinomoto and everything is made in-house.
