Grammy Award-winning guitarist Tom Morello to perform in Mumbai this December

Grammy Award-winning guitarist and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee Tom Morello will perform in India for the first time this December. The legendary Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave musician will headline a three-city tour, including Mumbai:

• Gurugram – December 17, HUDA Gymkhana

• Mumbai – December 19, MMRDA G-Txt Grounds

• Bengaluru – December 21, Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield

The tour marks the beginning of Bandland On Tour.

Naman Pugalia from BookMyShow, was reported saying that live music in India is at an inflection point, with audiences playing an active role in shaping its future. He called Morello’s arrival a cultural statement that validates the depth of Indian audiences.

The Tom Morello India Tour is co-produced by BookMyShow Live. Tickets will be available from 5 pm on October 8.

Morello has been one of the most influential figures in modern rock, redefining the sound of the electric guitar with his experimental style and politically charged performances. His work with Rage Against the Machine and Audioslave has contributed to over 30 million albums sold worldwide.

He has also collaborated with Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band and co-founded Prophets of Rage. Indian fans can expect Rage classics such as Killing in the Name, Bulls on Parade and Testify, alongside tracks from his solo project The Nightwatchman.
