Mumbai Airport or Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) has been awarded the ‘Best Airport over 40 million passengers’ in the Asia-Pacific region at the Airports Council International’s (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards. This marks the airport’s eighth consecutive win.

ACI ASQ Awards recognise excellence in passenger Service

One of the most prestigious global accolades in the aviation sector, the ASQ Awards assess customer experience through surveys conducted in partnership with Amadeus. These surveys gather direct feedback from passengers at both Departures and Arrivals, ensuring accurate, third-party-verified insights.
