Mumbai Marathon 2025: Four-time Olympic Gold winner Mo Farah to be International Event Ambassador
Ranked among the top 10 marathons in the world, India’s biggest running event, TATA Mumbai Marathon, is set to return for its 20th edition on January 19, 2025. Registration for various categories began last year. The event, which has become a staple in Mumbai’s sporting calendar, has invited Olympic and world champion Mo Farah as the International Event Ambassador.
The start line for World Athletics Gold Label race is at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, and the presence of Mo, the greatest male track distance runner, will only enhance the spirit of the thousands participating.
The event will also feature defending champions Hayle Lemi Berhanu and Srinu Bugatha in the men’s category, with Aberash Minsewo and Thakor Nirmaben leading the women’s pack.
