PVR Inox to screen live IPL matches in theatres across Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and other Indian cities!
Indian multiplex chain PVR Inox has announced that theatres across India will be screening the live telecast of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 matches on the big screens, starting March 22. This partnership with Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) aims to deliver a stadium-like experience across 30+ Indian cities, including Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
Cities across India to host IPL 2025 screenings
Maharashtra: Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Nanded, and Latur
Gujarat: Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot, Anand, and Jamnagar
West Bengal & North East India: Kolkata and Guwahati
Eastern & Central India: Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh (Indore), and Chhattisgarh (Raipur)
Rajasthan: Udaipur and Jaipur
Haryana: Faridabad, Gurgaon, Panipat, and Yamuna Nagar
Punjab: Chandigarh, Mohali, Ludhiana, Amritsar, and Jalandhar
Southern India: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Dharwad, Kochi, Thrissur, Trivandrum, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada
Successful Launch & Fan Response
So far, PVR has screened three IPL matches, including KKR vs RCB on March 22, and SRH vs RR and CSK vs MI on March 23. The response has been overwhelming, with packed theatres and enthusiastic fans attending the live screenings.
