Marking a significant step toward sustainable urban transportation, South Asia’s largest all-electric ride-hailing service, BluSmart has officially launched operations in Mumbai. The service initially covers key routes from Goregaon to Bandra, including the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), with a focus on airport rides and rentals. However, BluSmart’s services in Mumbai are currently available on an invite-only basis, before it becomes public later.
BluSmart boasts industry-first features like zero cancellations, on-time arrivals, transparent pricing, and a CO2 tracker on the app to showcase the environmental impact of each ride.
BluSmart has already made waves in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and the UAE, and now, Mumbai’s commuters can enjoy a premium and sustainable travel experience. With over 8,500 electric vehicles and 5,800 charging stations across India, BluSmart aims to make urban mobility cleaner and more efficient. To book a ride, Mumbaikars can download the BluSmart app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, on the grounds of an invite.
