The bhatura’s, like any good one’s, are quite fluffy, warm and deep fried goodness, but the chola they serves is unlike anything you’ll ever have.

The chole are delicately prepared in “Kabuli” style, where a simple boiled chick pea is seasoned with spices and veggies. This makes the chole go perfectly with the warm bhaturas and super spicy pickle. You’ve got to have a bite of the green chilli they serve, it’ll warm you right up.
