Life in a city can have you bogged down with its fast pace and the ever-moving concrete jungle. Often, all you need to break the monotony of everyday life is a good spell of nature, and a breath of fresh air to revive your senses. If you're looking for a break from the concrete mess, Patalpani Waterfall in Indore is just where you need to be. A few kilometers from the main city, at Patalpani, you can embrace the true beauty of nature and find tranquility sitting atop a scenic waterfall.

A peaceful getaway

For those of you who have been unaware of this little gem of nature, you guys should surely head over. Also, this is one place that the tourists just shouldn't miss. The waterfall really is the complete package when it comes to looking for spots that are tranquil as can be. The waterbody is often not all that crowded, so once you're here, you can surely find some inner peace.

Wondering how to get there?

This tranquil little spot is nestled a lively drive away from Indore and the journey to the place is just as scenic as the waterfall itself. To get here, there are plenty of buses and cabs that you can hop on, but the best would be to drive yourself down there with a couple of friends. Surely that is something that will add to the charm of visiting Patalpani.

Once you're here, you can take a short and beautiful hike up a small hill, which is exactly where you'll be looking to go to catch a glimpse of the waterfall. The best part is that it is not just the waterfall that's an attraction, but the river that leads up to it as well. A rather picturesque location, it is perfect for an uninterrupted picnic spot with friends and family.

Knock Knock

In our day to day lives, we often tend to take many things for granted. One of them used to be nature, but now, with so much urbanisation all over, it is something that must be preserved. A trip down to Patalpani is just what you need to realise that nature is all we have to save us from the ever evolving concrete jungle.
