Zeal Jani

In a move to tackle air pollution, Ahmedabad will soon see the development of a new oxygen park in Tragad. The park, to be spread over 24,000 sq m, will feature over 75,000 trees and plants aimed at improving the city's air quality.

The oxygen park will feature a jungle-like environment, resembling an urban forest, designed to increase oxygen production. It will also offer walking trails, yoga zones, and birdwatching areas, creating a space for recreation and wellness.

This initiative will not only help reduce pollution but also cool urban areas and support biodiversity. As Ahmedabad moves forward with this project, it sets a model for other cities struggling with pollution, highlighting the importance of integrating green spaces into urban planning.
