Ahmedabad's Parimal Garden has undergone massive redevelopment with a plethora of new attractions and features added to the place, which was already a favorite of morning walkers in the city. The redevelopment of the garden, which was done by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation at a cost of Rs 12 crore, will pose as a breath of fresh air in town.

Barricaded sports zone, Yoga pavilion among the new added features

In good news for pet parents, the redeveloped Parimal Garden will have a unique pet play area with special equipment for your furry friends to have a fun day out. For health-conscious Amdavadis, on the other hand, the place now has a unisex government gymnasium with separate areas for women and men. Coupled with the vendors around the garden that serve healthy breakfast options, Ahmedabad's Parimal Garden will surely become the go-to for fitness fanatics in the city.

A nature corner with medicinal plants, a new amphi-theatre, a butterfly garden, separate sports zone for cricket and volleyball, two fountains with a pond, children play area and a freshly-developed walkway, among other things, make up the long list of new additions to the Parimal Garden. The entrance gate to the garden has also been beautified, but the entry to the place is still free, in spite of the massive upgrades.
