City aims to attract national and global investments with Vibrant Ahmedabad Summit

With the goal of promoting Ahmedabad as a thriving investment destination, the state government is to organise the Vibrant Ahmedabad Summit.

Zeal Jani

To draw the attention of domestic and global investors to Ahmedabad, the state government is gearing up to host the Vibrant Ahmedabad Summit in December. This prestigious summit aims to provide a comprehensive view of Ahmedabad's thriving industrial, educational, cultural, and medical sectors, presenting a compelling case for investment opportunities in this dynamic metro city.

Positioning Ahmedabad as a prime investment destination

"Vibrant Ahmedabad Summit" aims to position Ahmedabad as a prime investment destination. The city, known for its rich heritage, educational institutions, pharmaceutical and textile industries, advanced medical facilities, and promising emerging sectors, holds tremendous potential for development that can be further amplified through substantial national and international investments.

Preparations for the summit, scheduled for December, are already underway, as authorities diligently work towards ensuring its resounding success.

A precursor to the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024

This upcoming summit will serve as a precursor to the highly anticipated Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, which stands as the flagship investment summit of the Gujarat government. In the previous edition of VGGS held in 2019, a staggering 28,360 MoUs were signed, including ones for investments worth at least Rs 1 lakh crore in the renewable energy sector.

The Vibrant Ahmedabad Summit will be among a series of mini-summits leading up to the grand state-level event. It will spotlight the city's rich cultural heritage and accentuate the ample opportunities that exist within its industrial sector.
