The fourth and final test of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar between India and Australia trophy kicked off in Ahmedabad. Steve Smith, the stand-in Aussie captain won the toss and elected to bat first in a game where the visitors have fielded an unchanged side, hoping to repeat their heroics from the win in the previous test in Indore.

Head and Labuschagne already dismissed

The decision to bat first isn't going as well for the Aussies thus far with Travis Head and Marnus Labuschagne already back in the pavilion, dismissed by Ravichandran Ashwin and Mohammed Shami respectively. Steve Smith and Usman Khawaja are at the crease as Australia are 75/2 at the Lunch break.
